Mô tả công việc
Unios is looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team in our state-of-the-art office in Ho Chi Minh. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented and customer focused person to join our team and collaborate with head office in Australia.
In this role you will be a key pillar in our service department, aiming to ensure all stakeholder interactions are positive. You will be relied upon as the internal coordination and 'voice' of Unios. Starting out processing our customers orders you will be trained to be part of our Customer Solutions team, working with a wide scope of internal departments, allowing opportunities for dynamic collaboration. You will be provided with continued support in developing your skillset to better support internal teams and client stakeholders.

Job Duties
• Processing customer orders
• Ensure proactive communication of client project schedules
• Provide a high level of customer service through prompt and efficient emails
• Assist with client phone enquiries to provide support with Unios related products and processes
• Support teams with pricing requests including the preparation of quotations
• Seek and communicate opportunities to upsell for our sales team
• CRM data entry

About You:
You are detail-oriented. Lighting is a complex industry and you understand that each order needs to be analysed and assessed for accuracy. You are a confident and clear communicator and genuinely aim to drive client success. Always willing to learn new things and have a curious mind. You are motivated and possess the ability to work autonomously as well as in a fantastic team environment. Experience in the lighting or electrical industry would be highly regarded.
Job Requirements:
• Outstanding English verbal and written skills - speaking with English-speaking customers will be part of the role
• Be highly personable and acquire the ability to build relationships quickly
• Positive, proactive approach that is solutions driven
• Previous experience in customer service fields is preferable
• Work well within teams and thrives with remote collaboration
• An aptitude for learning systems and processes
• The ability to prioritise, problem-solve and multi-task and work in a high paced environment
