Mô tả công việc

- Develop and control business effectiveness plans.
- Identify and strategize market and potential customer development both domestically and internationally.
- Update customers with company pricing and product information, track, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
- Maintain and expand networking relationships in the industry, both locally and globally.
- Improve and implement business processes.
- Report work progress regularly and carry out other tasks as assigned.
- Perform other duties as required.

Yêu cầu

Experience:
- Prefer candidates with experience in International Business.
- Experience in the Rubber/Synthetic Rubber industry is an advantage.
Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Enthusiastic, diligent, responsible, and able to work under high pressure.
Professional Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or higher is required. Preference for candidates with a degree in Chemistry or related fields.
- Candidates with knowledge of the Rubber industry or related sectors are preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in English communication is a plus
