International E-commerce Executive

* As an International E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for driving the brand's performance across leading global marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, and other international e-commerce platforms. Your role focuses on hands-on execution, performance optimization, and growth strategy in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Operations & Optimization
+ Manage product listings, content, pricing, keywords, and SEO on Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair.
+ Set up and optimize paid ads campaigns (Amazon Ads, Etsy Ads, etc.) to achieve target ACoS/ROAS.
+ Track sales performance and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.
+ Monitor competitor activities and benchmark to improve product positioning.
- Affiliate & Growth Programs
+ Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs on international e-commerce platforms.
+ Build partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and referral channels to drive sales growth.
+ Analyze affiliate performance and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Data & Performance Analysis
+ Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards (sales, conversion rate, ad spend efficiency).
+ Identify trends and recommend strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and sales.
+ Work closely with internal teams (branding, operations, logistics) to ensure alignment.
- Cross-functional Support
+ Coordinate with operations/logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and compliance with international shipping standards.
+ Assist in preparing marketing collaterals for product launches and campaigns.
- Working mode: On-site 100% | Full-time (Mon-Sat morning)
- Location: BT6-6 Regal Victoria, Điện Bàn Đông, Đà Nẵng
