• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our international presence in the coffee market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including specialty roasters and multinational companies.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sourcing and logistics teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other necessary documentation.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our coffee products and network with potential clients.
• Participate domestic and international fair and exhibition to find potential buyers.
• Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance overall team performance.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the coffee or related industries (green bean, soluble and roasted and ground coffee).
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong passion for the coffee industry and
business development.
