Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a International Sales Manager (Food ingredients, $1900, ID21254)
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth across Southeast Asia.
Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and customer accounts.
Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and pricing discussions with customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to support business decisions.
Achieve sales, profit margin, and market expansion targets.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and capabilities.
Collaborate with Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer profitability, credit compliance, and account performance.
Travel frequently across Southeast Asia for customer visits, market development, and industry events.
Requirement
Male, <45 years old
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Economics, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B sales management, preferably in food ingredients, spices, or food additives.
Good at English
