• Collect and analyze sales, customer, and market data.
• Prepare sales reports, KPI reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management.
• Analyze sales performance, profit, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare quotations, cost calculations, and sales documents.
• Update and maintain data in ERP, BOM, CRM, and quotation systems.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA/QC,
Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales on customer projects.
• Work with overseas customers on quotations, product specifications, packaging, labels, and samples.
• Follow up on sample preparation, sample delivery, and order status.
• Suggest process improvements to improve business efficiency.
• Support business planning, demand forecasting, and commercial analysis.
• Travel overseas to meet customers and suppliers and attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
• Represent the company in international business activities.
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, or related fields.
• Good command of foreign languages and cross-cultural communication skills.
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in finding and developing new customers through exhibitions, online platforms, social media, and other channels.
• Able to handle the full sales process from customer contact and negotiation to contract signing.
• Able to understand customer needs and build long-term business relationships.
• Knowledge of international trade procedures and terms such as FOB and CIF.
• Familiar with target market regulations, policies, and industry trends.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and work well in a team.
• Willing to travel overseas frequently for business.
