Job summary
The International
Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing assigned overseas markets, building strong relationships with international partners, and supporting the growth of our brands in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new distributors, retail partners, and business opportunities in assigned international markets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with distributors, agents, and key retail accounts.
- Support negotiations on pricing, partnership terms, and distribution agreements.
- Manage sales performance and achieve assigned international sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with partners to support product knowledge, brand presentation, and sell-through performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, merchandising, logistics, and production to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Support the execution of market expansion plans in new countries and regions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to support business growth.
- Bachelor's degree of Economic or related to major
- 3-5 years of experience in international sales, export sales, or
business development; experience in fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Passion for fashion with a good sense of aesthetics and market trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
