Develop and maintain relationships with international customers
Negotiate contracts and follow up orders until shipment
Coordinate with production and documentation teams to ensure order quality and delivery timeline
Prepare and monitor sample orders according to customer requirements
Provide production teams with detailed specifications and quality requirements for each order
Handle arising issues and propose new business opportunities
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in International Business, Economics, or related fields
1-2 years of experience in export sales (preferably in OEM/ODM beverage industry)
Good understanding of international trade and export procedures
Strong business English communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
