A leading global real estate developer is looking for an Investment Director to join their team.
Description
* Secure new business leads, focusing on the execution and follow-up of matters related to residential development projects, including the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and implementation of investment opportunities
* Concentrate on residential investments and identify new business opportunities in emerging markets like logistics
* Conduct feasibility studies on potential deals, including thorough market research and due diligence on prospective projects
* Oversee the company's asset portfolio, including residential, office, retail, and serviced apartment projects
* Seek external fund investors and establish new private equity funds
Profile
* 10+ years of experience in residential property investment and development
* A strong degree in Real Estate or equivalent
* Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of financial tools
* Well-established relationships with authorities and local investors
