Investment Manager / Director

- Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering
- CFA, ACCA, CIR is an advantage
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in advisory (investment banking, securities firms, Big 4), investment (private equity, venture capital), equity research, or corporates (fund raising, investor relations, financial planning, investment)
- Solid understanding and experience in equity capital markets (public and private); familiar with deal structuring, documentation and process
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, ability to analyze financial statements and business performance
- Solid financial modeling and valuation skills
- Sector knowledge in automotive, autotech and technology is a plus
- Good business judgment and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, writing). Overseas university graduates are preferred
