IO Product Executive (Temporary 8 Months)

This position manages the accuracy, consistency, and regulatory adherence of all product information, including labeling and product master data. This critical role ensures seamless operations, compliance across markets, and empowers sales, marketing, and customer service teams with precise product details.
Accurate and Compliant Product Labeling
• Coordinate the development, review of product labels and packaging artwork.
• Ensure all labels meet internal guidelines and comply with regulatory standards for local and export markets.
• Work with HSE, R&D, and legal teams to validate product claims and technical information on labels.
• Coordinate with the MKT team to ensure labels reflect brand aesthetics and are visually clear.
Effective Product Information Management
• Update and maintain the product master data, including basic standards, technical data sheets, certifications, and product specifications ensure compliance regulation.
• Update, control & release product portfolio.
• Communicate updated product information to sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams.
• Ensure product master data is accurate, consistent, across all relevant platforms
Product Launches and Updates Support
• Assist in coordinating product launches, relaunches, and phase-outs with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure product information, labels, and documentation are ready and approved ahead of launch timelines.
• Prepare necessary product documents for commercial and regulatory use.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Support
• Provide product information and materials for customer presentations, or marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement product improvements.
• Analyze competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends to support product positioning and portfolio decisions.
