Lazada China Supply Chain Key Account Manager
1、Manage and develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers in Vietnam (speaking Chinese) and in China, ensuring a stable and efficient supply chain for Lazada's e-commerce operations.
2、Analyze and monitor the sales performance of assigned sellers, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues, ensuring on-time delivery and product availability.
4、Analyze market trends and supplier performance to forecast demand, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
5、Develop and execute strategies to enhance supplier relationships, promoting collaboration and innovation within the supply base.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on key account management in the e-commerce industry.
3. Proven track record in negotiating and managing strategic supplier relationships, particularly in China.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize supply chain performance.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
6. Good Communication in Chinese in both reading, writing and presentation at least HSK6 level & above
