1/ Coordinate with Trade MKT & Event staff:
Coordinate with Trade MKT & Event staff of the Branch;
Coordinate and implement activities and work processes for the Marketing Team to achieve optimal work efficiency;
Monitor work performance;
Propose appropriate training programs to improve the capacity and skills of the staff.
2/ Responsible for Branding:
Propose business plans and strategies to promote the brand.
Responsible for brand building and development activities on digital platforms
3/ Responsible for marketing activities at the Branch:
Responsible for supporting and coordinating with business areas to plan events at schools to implement events according to the correct process, ensuring the image and strategy of ISMART brand with partners;
Regularly work with schools and partners to update their needs and evaluations of the product. Synthesize and periodically report and generate feedback from partners if any.
Coordinate with relevant departments to come up with design ideas, plan and implement advertising materials (POSM).
Monitor and evaluate the production and use of POSM, deploy fully and on schedule.
Ensure marketing activities at the Branch are in accordance with the approved budget. Ensure marketing activities at the Branch are in accordance with the approved budget.
Analyze the market, research competitors to advise the leadership on appropriate marketing strategies.
4/ Customer care:
Assign and coordinate customer care staff via hotline.
Regularly update product information and notify, train the team; ensure timely and accurate customer care and support.
5/ Report, summarize:
Be responsible for progress, evaluate work, report work as required.
Perform tasks assigned by direct superiors.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or other related fields;
Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing position in the service industry, priority given to those with experience in the education industry.
Problem solving skills, experience in organizing, managing and coordinating teams.
High communication and persuasion skills.
Good strategic and logical thinking. Good ability to use data (synthesis, analysis, evaluation and inference).
Good project management skills.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or other related fields;
