System Ownership & Improvement: Lead the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and allocate tasks to ISO/QMS team members. Drive team performance to meet departmental KPIs.
Documentation Control: Oversee the creation, review, updates, and standardization of all quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms across all departments.
Plan, schedule, and lead periodic internal quality audits. Follow up on corrective actions to ensure full closure.
Act as the primary point of contact and host external audits from certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and international customers entirely in English.
CAPA & Risk Management: Analyze non-conformances (NCR), lead root-cause analysis sessions, and deploy effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Monitor system trends to mitigate potential risks.
Training & Culture Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance ISO awareness, compliance, and quality mindset for all employees across the organization.
Management Review & Reporting: Compile quality data, evaluate system effectiveness, and prepare comprehensive reports for periodic Management Review meetings with Board of Directors.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments to streamline processes and optimize operational efficiency.
Requirement
Male/Female, 26 years old or above.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in managing ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 systems within manufacturing environments (Electronics components/assembly or Medical Devices preferred).
Able to handle audits in English.
