QA Manager

1. Responsible for Total product quality and Total manufacturing process quality assurance for the company, especially for the responsible project accounts.
2. Develop, implement and maintain effective quality assurance system to monitor manufacturing system and take fast connective action to minimize defects;
3. Drive and maintain the quality management system, EHS system, and the other responsible systems in our company
4. Assist support in gathering and analyzing data and drive implement action plan;
5. To control activities of a broad functional areas in close cooperation with operation department.
6. To manage supplier quality
7. To audit supplier's process and continuously improvement;
8. To control activities of a broad of functional areas and close cooperation with operation department;
9. Perform periodic review with customer.
10. Responsible and manage staffs in the following functions
11.Work with operation department on continue product and process improvement.
12.Lead both PQEs and QE technicians to work to achieve the customer requirement and management requirement
13. Regular report the quality status to Quality VP and QA Senior manager.
14.To ensure machinery and tooling design compliance to safety standard requirement.
