We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to join our Vietnamese office, to provide support to our international team of professionals!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Microsoft Azure

• Provide System administration duties for the Azure Cloud (Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Application. Networking Services) Tenants and Subscriptions.
• Optimize Azure buildouts for cost/performance (VM optimization, reserved instances, etc.).
• Work closely with the Security team to implement the industry's security best practices.

Microsoft 365

• Administer and support an enterprise-level Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Scripting and automation using tools such as PowerShell.
• Installs and maintains application, functions as administrator for SSO integrations working to integrate SaaS sign-ins with Azure AD.

Asset Management

• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
• Manages user accounts and assets.
• Work closely with the Admin team and IT vendors to assure asset requests, procurements, repair, and deployments via tickets.

Others

• Helpdesk.
• Familiarity with Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, GoGrow, SendGrid, JamF, DLP, Antivirus Endpoint.
• Supporting the IT team on other projects as needed.

Your Skills and Experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
• Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, or Cisco certification.
• At least two years' experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies, specially SaaS environments.
• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
