Job Description

SHOPLINE is Asia's largest smart commerce platform. With our customers in mind, we strive to deliver scalable commerce solutions to merchants of all sizes. We're a full-featured platform with services including online store opening, O2O solution, retail POS systems, advertising placement, business strategy consultation, marketing, and more to empower merchants to succeed in omnichannel retailing and cross-border commerce.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Manage IT service desk for incident resolution and service;
Ensure software licenses and IT asset inventory records are properly maintained;
Assist team lead in the procurement of end user computing products and services;
Maintain IT documentation on user computing standards, service desk operation procedures and guidelines;
Participate in various IT projects.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1-3+ years relevant experience preferably in IT field
University degree is prefer
With Jira Software and ITIL experience is a plus
Quick learner, curious and passionate about learnings and e-commerce
Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
