IT Application team leader

• Manage the day to day operational and support activities of the applications environment.
• Analyze existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement and growth
• Ensure relevant performance management activities such as measurement of Service Level Agreements are performed, leasing business with applications vendor when required
• Collaborate with vendors and operational teams to ensure business requirements are met with proper operational support documentation and training.
• Assist in IT Asset Management activities including application lifecycle planning/optimization.
• Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization's executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent activities.
• Joining with Project Team to implement the IT projects
• Other Application relevant tasks
