Responsibilities
We are looking for a great and proficient Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager. You will be one of the key contributors in our organization and develop high quality system solution following well-known workflows and best practices. Being our developer, you will focus to:
Responsible for the full sales cycle. From lead generation through to engagement, new client meetings, sales negotiation and closing.
Generation of new business revenue through networking, making of new contacts and identifying emerging opportunities
Responsible for leading the development of all relevant sales documentation ensuring responses are accurate, commercially viable, on time and of a high quality
Ongoing revenue generation through the effective management of existing own accounts.
Responsible for the effective and accurate management of forecasting and pipeline reporting. This includes updating the business on progress vs development plans, sales pipeline and activity/conversion rates
Promote the brand, attending industry events that raise our profile and reputation
Participate in supporting document processing, handling, and drafting service contracts, as well as conducting acceptance tests for clients.
Conduct research and contact customers to introduce the company and the products/services it provides.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate advice and recommendations.
Search for new customers and partners according to personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Monitor and expand customer projects, as well as maintain relationships with customers.
Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
Report work results to the Sales Manager and the Board of Directors.
Collaborate with the team to perform other assigned tasks.

Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Hand-on experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT outsourcing industry, with a proven track record of securing at least one IT outsourcing project.
In-depth understanding of different outsourcing models, such as staff augmentation, project-based outsourcing, and managed services, and the ability to recommend the most suitable model for clients based on their needs.
Demonstrated success in identifying, engaging, and closing deals with clients in IT outsourcing industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a consultative selling approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
Over 2 years of work experience in business development or sales at an IT outsourcing company.
Knowledge of multiple industries and markets related to IT, especially in the B2B sector.
Professional skills: presentation, management, planning, task delegation, evaluation, and training.
