Business Development Manager

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced business development manager, with
• Minimum of 2-years experience in sales of similar imported products
• Established relationship with the topical care industry distribution network (distribution channels, spas, salons, skincare and beauty clinics)
• passion for business growth
• appreciation and passion in topical products that are
o specialized (with a clear benefit)
o premium
o complex and science - based -
o nature-inspired
This means the person (a) loves learning, reading so that she/he can understand the products and (b) is confident in selling of premium products with a deep technical background back-up.
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese
• Good English command
• Ability to work autonomously and within a large organization with multiple cultures
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to details and capable of following systems.
• University graduate from any of the related areas (science, business development)
