The IT Head is responsible for the overall strategic planning, implementation, and management of the company's information technology infrastructure, applications, and services. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in technology management, team development, and aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
* Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership and Planning
• Develop and maintain the IT Strategy: Define a clear, long-term IT vision and strategy that directly supports and enables the company's business objectives and growth.
• Technology Road mapping: Create and execute a technology roadmap for system upgrades, migrations, and new technology adoption.
• Reporting: Regularly report on the status of IT initiatives, performance, and strategic alignment to The BOM
2. IT Operations and Management
• Manage IT Applications: Oversee the selection, deployment, integration, and maintenance of all critical business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, specialized industry software).
• Manage IT Infrastructure: Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of all networking, hardware, data centers (on-premise or cloud), and end-user computing environments.
• Information Security: Develop, implement, and enforce a comprehensive IT security program, including policies, procedures, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning to protect corporate assets and data.
3. Financial and Vendor Management
• Manage IT Budgets: Develop, justify, and manage the annual IT operating and capital budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) with technology vendors and service providers.
• Procurement: Oversee the procurement of all IT equipment, software, and services.
4. Team Development and Management
• Develop & Manage IT Team: Recruit, mentor, train, and manage a high-performing IT department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professionalism, and service orientation.
• Performance Management: Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and manage the professional development of team members.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the IT department and other business units to understand their needs and deliver effective technology solutions.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in a Management Role: A minimum of 7-9 years of progressive experience in a senior IT leadership or management position.
• Strong working knowledge across major IT domains: infrastructure (cloud/on-premise), enterprise applications, and cybersecurity principles.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse technical teams.
• Excellent understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Good communication skills, capable of effectively communicating complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and BOM.
• Fluent in English
