Responsibilities:
'- Receiving support requests directly from users, via emails or hotlines, logging tickets to the ServiceDesk system, and confirming the reception of requests to users in a timely manner.
- By oneself or together with the team, analyzing the issues, proposing solutions and implementing them in accordance with guidelines for common IT tasks. Main areas of support include PCs (hardware/software/connectivity), LAN cabling, Wireless, printers, fax machines, scanners, photocopying machines, projectors and other IT devices
- Setting up and preparing PCs/Laptop (hardware/software/connectivity) for newcomers and Renesas VN employees
- Maintaining/Upgrading PCs (hardware/software/connectivity) and other IT devices for current users when requested
- Installing software base on user requests
- Completing other technical tasks assigned by IT Supervisor/Manager and the Management;

Yêu cầu công việc
- On-site work
- Good knowledge in PC and other IT devices' hardware/software/connectivity, including Windows and Linux operating systems, good skills in analyzing, diagnosing and trouble-shooting issues
- Have experience working on any HelpDesk or similar systems
- Good knowledge in network, server, corporate web tool/application
- Good knowledge in Operation System: Windows 10/11, Redhat, Ubuntu
- Have knowledge about any Cloning system or mass deployment is a plus
- Have knowledge in MS Office 365, Microsoft 365, AD Azure is advantage
- Ability to write report and analyze it, is a plus.
- Good communication in English.(Toeic score over 500 is advantage)
- Bachelor of Computer Science, related technical field.
