- Receive and log all support requests, classify and prioritize requests based on urgency and impact on work operations, monitor the progress of requests and provide updates to users.
- Resolve hardware/software issues and guide users on company technology usage.
- Install, configure, and maintain and upgrade software operating systems, and applications.
- Support the installation and troubleshooting of peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and storage devices.
- Conduct short training sessions and provide technical consulting to users to help user utilize existing technologies more effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on support status, request volume, and processing performance.
- Analyze common issues to identify trends and suggest preventive measures.
- Offer remote technical support for users through tools like remote desktop, Ultraviewer, TeamViewer, etc.
- Help users resolve issues on their devices quickly and efficiently.
