Purpose
Trillora's IT Team is seeking an independent, analytical, and curious systems engineer to provide in-office
IT support and global cloud services administration.
While on-site in the Ho Chi Minh office, at least 50% of this role would be focused on supporting the daily IT operations of HCM team, with remote support for Haiphong office and team. Supporting the offices requires a near-expert level in Microsoft 365/Windows end-user-computer support, a pre-requisite for the SE1 role. This includes experience managing IT vendor relationships, equipment
purchasing, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
MAIN DUTIES
Provide L1 daily end-user support in Ho Chi Minh and remotely for the Haiphong offices, including desktop hardware support, basic network management, and office printer/scanner/hardware.
Support and triage issues with OEM portal, and the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) and related systems (VSSP, EDI, and finance system integrations).
Provide operational support for dataverse data syncing, application deployment pipelines, and APIs between key systems supporting order processing and financial operations.
Assist with ad hoc scripting and automation for application management, as well as End User Support requirements.
Support APIs, FTP, and Azure Data resources under guidance from Guru group and other IT team members.
Monitor data integrity, performance, and security/compliance for applications and solutions in Azure/Dataverse.
Collaborate with Business teams to propose and develop business solutions in Power Platform environment, supporting ESG, quality, finance, operations, product design, and other key functions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and reducing manual effort for both IT team and Trillora teams.
Explore AI and data-driven Power Platform solutions to enhance business capabilities across all teams and offices.
COMPETENCE
Education/level of education
Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 2-3 years' experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience (professional experience/industry experience)
Ability to provide desktop support in the Windows environment, as well as office support for hardware, network telephony, mobile devices, and end-user support requests.
Experience or exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Ability to learn and implement scripting for automation (VBA, Python, PowerShell).
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Preferred: Power Platform/Pages development experience, with Azure resource management experience and dataverse entity management capabilities. Basic understanding of SQL, dataverse entity data structures, best practices for application logging, data management, and data security.
Preferred: Familiarity with Azure Application Management, Azure API Management, and basic Azure network management.
Skills (languages, computer, etc.)
2-3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development and administration, including Power Pages web applications and Azure AD B2C / customer portal support and management.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform administration, application support, troubleshooting, and user support.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team of consultants and engineers to design, develop, deploy, and support business applications.

Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
Suitable for candidates with a background in Power Platform administration who are looking to transition into a more engineering-focused role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for collaboration within a global team.
