Functional Analyst:
We are seeking a Project Manager/Functional Analyst (FA) with experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation, support and interacting with internal users. FA will provide 1st level support to internal stakeholders across all regions and departments on various ERP-related questions and concerns The individual must be able to facilitate workshops/sessions with key users, elicit business requirements and translate into application requirements, define scope and objectives and document them to support product and project teams.
Functional Analyst (FA) Responsibilities:
• Work with cross-functional teams to get a deep understanding of current processes, help define/design best business practice processes, and ensure that the organization's business needs are being met via system design & configuration.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve errors and uncertainties connected to SAP S/4Hana and other add-on applications.
• Manage the support tickets in Zendesk for SAP related break-fix, enhancements, and projects.
• Manage the configuration and maintenance of existing applications, including new software releases and system upgrades.
• Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing and conduct end-user training as needed.
• Generate reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SAP.
• Collaborate with the IT Director or Project Manager to determine high-level requirements and priority for new business needs/requests.
• Ensure new and existing SAP solutions meet business needs and requirements.
