- Act as the main point of contact with software vendors and technology solution providers.
IT Helpdesk & User Support
- Receive, categorize, and resolve
IT support requests from employees.
- Set up an SLA / internal ticket handling standards (if needed).
- Provide basic training for employees on working tools such as email, drive, security practices, and IT procedures.
IT Project Management & Digital Transformation
- Plan and implement IT projects: system upgrades, data migration, deployment of new tools.
- Develop an IT roadmap aligned with the company's business growth strategy.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage vendors for IT equipment, cloud services, and licensed software.
- Build annual IT budgets and optimize operating costs.
- Negotiate contracts and periodically evaluate service quality.
