● Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, target
audience identification, and messaging.
● Oversee the creation of innovative marketing campaigns that effectively drive brand
awareness and customer engagement.
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales, product
development, and other departments.
● Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify
opportunities and threats.
● Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content
creation, SEO, and paid advertising.
● Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts through creative and data-driven
marketing strategies.
● Monitor marketing performance metrics and present regular reports to the executive
team.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at
the forefront of innovation.
● Other tasks assigned by CEO.

Salary:
● Attractive salary (negotiable according to experience and capacity)
● Paid insurance as prescribed by law
Bonus:
● 13th salary month bonus, calculated according to the number of actual working months
paid at the end of the year.
● Review salary once a year
Allowance:
● Onsite allowance (when going on a business trip to Japan)
● Training allowance (for employees participating in training for new employees, or
organizing seminars in the company)
● Periodic health check 1 time/year
