We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications built on the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide development teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET-based applications.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Conduct technical reviews of architecture, code, and design documents.
- Drive technology decisions and provide solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Ensure software quality, scalability, maintainability, and security.
Software Development
- Design and develop applications using .NET Core / .NET 6, 7, 8 and C#.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in hands-on development of critical system components.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Lead and mentor software engineers and senior developers.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical coaching.
- Support team members in problem-solving and technical skill development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Project Delivery
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and stakeholders.
- Provide effort estimations and technical planning.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and technical issues.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
DevOps & Continuous Improvement
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Promote automated testing, monitoring, and deployment processes.
- Drive system performance optimization and technical debt reduction.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
- 2+ years of experience leading development teams or technical projects.
- Strong background in designing enterprise-level applications.
- Experience delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments.
