IT - .NET Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications built on the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide development teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that meet business objectives.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET-based applications.
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Conduct technical reviews of architecture, code, and design documents.
• Drive technology decisions and provide solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Ensure software quality, scalability, maintainability, and security.

• Design and develop applications using .NET Core / .NET 6, 7, 8 and C#.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in hands-on development of critical system components.

• Lead and mentor software engineers and senior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical coaching.
• Support team members in problem-solving and technical skill development.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Provide effort estimations and technical planning.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and technical issues.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Promote automated testing, monitoring, and deployment processes.
• Drive system performance optimization and technical debt reduction.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
• 2+ years of experience leading development teams or technical projects.
• Strong background in designing enterprise-level applications.
• Experience delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments.
