Mô tả Công việc
· Administer Windows Operating System such as Windows Server 2[protected info]/2022, and Windows 7/8/10/11.
· Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, file servers, network cabling, software (commercial and in-house applications) and peripheral equipment such as printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.
· Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
· Maintain technical expertise in network, email, security and IP telephony infrastructure such as ADSL routers, switching hubs, IP PBX, firewalls, VPN, etc.
· Control receipt/issue stocks for ink of dot matrix printers and laser printers.
· Provide technical support and guidance to users.
· Contact and cooperate with local vendor and head office IT to plan, implement support computer hardware and software.
· Perform backups and update inventory list of computer hardware and software compliance with firm's policies and procedures.
· Develop and maintain Windows/Web applications.
Other duties are assigned by IS Manager.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
· Minimum 3 - 5 years of work experience in IT support field focused on hardware and infrastructure.
· Excellent knowledge of computer software, hardware, network and security infrastructure.
· Experience in IP telephony, Windows Server 2[protected info]/2022, Active Directory, MS SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, MS Exchange, and Antivirus software.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivation skills.
· Microsoft or Cisco certification will be an advantage.
· Have experience with SAP ECC6.0 is preferable.
· Have SAP Basis Certificate is one advantage.
· Have knowledge in .NET framework for Windows/Web applications.
· Having knowledge in ABAP programming language is preferable.
· Be able to communicate effectively with all levels.
· Ability English communication (both speaking and writing).
· Proactive attitude and good team work spirit.
· Ability to work independently & under pressure.
· Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
