System Management
• Manage all servers on both physical host and VMWare virtual machines.
• Manage other technology tools such KeePass, Manage Engine Password Manager (if applicable), Service Desk, etc. to provide the best method to control the in-house IT Systems and assets.
• Implement an internal document for IT Department with respective IT Documentations, Manuals (IT Admin and User level).
• Upgrade the IT Systems with new releases, security update packages and/or firmware.
• Implement and manage the IT Assets Management
• Monitor IT Systems performance and provide accuracy/timely system maintains according to business requirements.
• Ensure Software licencing in full compliance with requirements and instructions
Data Monitoring & Maintenance, Backup and Security
• Ensure CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability) of business IT assets, including but not limit:
• Business data and information,
• Hardware and software configuration of critical IT systems, for example, servers, firewall, core switch, access switch,
• Backup system,
• Users' credential and permission on all IT Systems,
• E-mail system, also, other online application system that provided by Microsoft in associated with Office 365 licenses.
• Maintain the IT Assets Register, including:
• Data Assets Register,
• Permissions Matrix,
• IT Assets Inventory.
IT Development & Team coordination
• Develop best practices and written documentation for IT Systems maintenance, implementation, and operation.
• Backup for
IT Manager in some IT Tasks.
• Provide the instructions to newcomer (IT Officer) to help him/her in according with current IT System maintenance, implementation, and operation.
• Perform the needed tasks for any IT Projects implementation
IT Support as second line supporting
• Provide the second support to the end-users during IT Assets usage and IT Assets Lifecycle.
• Assist Group IT Manager in troubleshooting the IT critical systems maintenance, repairing or replacing.
• Perform other IT relevant tasks as assigned by Group IT Manager and BOD
Allplan Technical Support
• Receive requests to handle related issues (system, users management, licensing, installation, backup & restore, upgrade, update version, central file management) which assigned by Group IT Manager
• Contact Allplan Technical Team to solve the Allplan issue (if need)
• Take responsibility for Allplan support at GSI (with an additional position is Allplan Technical Support)
• Follow up, update, and report the issue status to Group IT Manager
• Report: Follow the IT Standard operating Procedure
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications, or related field.

Experience
- Proven working experience IT System, Network, or relevant experience, ideally in a helpdesk environment.
- Experience with managing data network and telecommunications systems.
- Experience with managing IT infrastructure including systems, personal computing, help desk, servers, firewall, Cisco switches, and printers.
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows on both desktop and server.

- Preferred IT experience in engineering company.
- Desktop: Windows 10 & Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365
- Server: Windows 2Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, etc.
- VMWare: VMWare vSphere and ESXi,
- Manage Engine productivity, especially Password Manager and Service Desk.
- Acronis Backup platform.
- Sophos security solution, including Sophos Firewall, Sophos Endpoint Security Central.
