Experience
3+ years of experience in
IT support and infrastructure administration.
Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and cloud-based solutions in Azure.
Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in English with international teams and vendors.
