Job Description
- Keep the team on track with timelines, deadlines, and budgets
- Follow up with project management workflows and communication
- Setup project meeting and record meeting minutes
- Assist PM with creating and migrating tasks/projects from the client's system to the internal one
- Ensuring team members have the information they need to complete their assigned tasks
- Help the Project manager with clearing the project's impediments
- Perform Quality Control (re-test the ticket) and Review project deliverables
Your Skills and Experience
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 1-2 years working as a project coordinator or relevant experience
- Experience in e-commerce testing (ex: Shopify, Wordpress,...)
- Fluent in English both in writing, speaking, reading, and listening
- Structural and systematic thinking
- Friendly, Energetic, Good teamwork & independent working
- Experience as an IT project coordinator.
