Role Overview
SmartOSC is seeking a Mid-level React Developer to join our project team serving a client in Singapore. This role plays a key part in building and maintaining high-quality, responsive front-end applications, working closely with cross-functional teams and English-speaking stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using [protected info] (JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript).
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Implement and manage application state using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, branching, and pull request workflows using Git.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Work closely with the project team and English-speaking clients to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with [protected info], including JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useMemo, useCallback, etc.).
- Experience with state management using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
- Working experience with Git (branching, pull requests, code review).
- Good logical thinking and ability to work independently.
- Good command of English (required); experience on outsourcing projects with English-speaking clients is a plus.
