Job Description

Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management
Source for top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
Deliver a first-class experience to all qualified candidates and our hiring managers
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and recruitment partners through hiring events, tech conferences, webinars, career fairs...
Complete Talent Acquisition Dashboard and reports to track performance and identify areas of improvement
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Job Requirements

Good university degree, 1 - 5+ years of full-time recruitment experience
Prior tech recruitment experience or working experience in Tech companies
Technologically literate with strong computer skills including Google workspace, Word, Excel, and other commonly used software together with LinkedIn, internet research (Boolean search strings)
Excellent communication skills with strong competitive market awareness
Ability to build a robust network of top talents by gaining market intelligence will be preferred
