Mô tả công việc
KEY REPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure the IT service at H0 as well as entire of VAS matching with business need.
• Enhance the satisfaction by end users at H0.
• IT Support at central office.
WORK DETAILS:
• Collaborate with Campus IT to set up and install IT devices in campus according to lT Security Policy.
• Supervise the project roll out initiated by Central Office in alignment with IT Project Governance.
• Manage IT inventory 8: completely manage full life cycle of IT devices at campus such as computers, desktops, Laptops, switch, router, wifi, camera, server, NAS, SAN, projector, printer, others.
• Collaborate with IT team in Campuses to support matching with business need.
• Periodically submit report to 17' central office following the standard template.
• Ensure the tickets should be solved in expected timeline, alignment with SLA.
• Identify the areas of improvement at central office, actively share ideas/ initiatives to all the colleagues among the Central office.

Yêu cầu
A. General requirements:
• Gender: Female preferred
• Age: None
• Qualification: university degree in computer science, related industry
• Experience:
- Having experience of Education industry is advantage.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office 365, PC Computing, Basic Networking, Printing, Drive Network, Antivirus on Client Side, Update at Client Side.
- Good understand the computer system, mobile device and other end point tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve the basic technical issue.
- Have technique and practice for client enquiries, troubleshooting and problem resolution and prioritization.
• English skills: Able to communicate in English
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
• Others: None
