IT Staff - Business Solutions, Automation & AI

Scope of Work:

Responsible for developing digital solutions, automation workflows, and AI applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and other approved technologies to enhance business productivity. Support AI adoption through user guidance, knowledge sharing, and practical implementation, while providing basic IT end-user support when required.

I. Routine tasks

• Digital Solution Development & Automation: Develop, test, maintain, and improve internal digital solutions and automation using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and other approved technologies.
• Solution Deployment & User Support: Support UAT, deployment, user guidance, and basic end-user IT support for Microsoft 365, workplace applications, devices, and access-related issues.

II. Non-Routine tasks

• New Technology & AI Exploration: Research, evaluate, and test new automation, AI, and emerging technologies for potential business use.
• Special Projects & Complex Technical Support: Support special digital/AI projects, complex integration, troubleshooting, and other assigned IT activities when required.
