Mô tả công việc
Scope of Work:
Responsible for developing digital solutions, automation workflows, and AI applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and other approved technologies to enhance business productivity. Support AI adoption through user guidance, knowledge sharing, and practical implementation, while providing basic IT end-user support when required.
I. Routine tasks
- Digital Solution Development & Automation: Develop, test, maintain, and improve internal digital solutions and automation using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and other approved technologies.
- Solution Deployment & User Support: Support UAT, deployment, user guidance, and basic end-user IT support for Microsoft 365, workplace applications, devices, and access-related issues.
II. Non-Routine tasks
- New Technology & AI Exploration: Research, evaluate, and test new automation, AI, and emerging technologies for potential business use.
- Special Projects & Complex Technical Support: Support special digital/AI projects, complex integration, troubleshooting, and other assigned IT activities when required.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome. Relevant experience in application development, automation, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or AI-related solutions is an advantage.
- Able to use English for work (equivalent to TOEIC 550 or above).
- Basic IT/development knowledge, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and willingness to continuously learn automation and AI technologies.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
- The candidates with the following points will have an advantage: Professional certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, AI, or related technologies are an advantage but not mandatory.
