T Student Worker - IT Service Desk Support

Manuchar is looking for a motivated
IT Student Worker to join our IT Service Desk team at our headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium.
In this role, you'll support our IT team with day-to-day operational tasks, including preparing new devices, replacing end-of-life hardware and assisting colleagues with IT-related questions. You'll gain valuable practical experience in
IT support while working alongside experienced professionals in an international company.

Who are we looking for?
- Currently studying IT, Computer Science, Electronics-ICT or a related field
- Passionate about technology and eager to learn
- Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and computer hardware is a plus
What you'll do
- Prepare and configure laptops, desktops and peripheral devices
- Replace end-of-life hardware according to the IT refresh plan
- Support users during hardware migrations
- Collect and process retired devices
- Register and maintain IT assets in our asset management system
- Monitor hardware stock levels
- Perform routine IT Service Desk tasks
- Create, follow up and close basic support tickets
- Support IT onboarding for new employees
- Assist with user documentation
- Help set up workstations
- Test new hardware and peripherals
- Provide basic support for meeting room technology and audiovisual equipment
