Job Objective:
To support all departments, about IT, hardwares, softwares and Networking.
Scope of work:
In charge of control about IT devices of company, hardwares, softwares, & networking.
EDD Supports & implementation.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Ensure that activities related to network, computer, server systems, IT devices of company is controlled, solved timely and aligned with regulation.
Manage Handheld of company.
Manage SFA (Sales Force Automation) Vietnam system:
Training salesman for using SFA mobile application.
Keep tracking and support salesman when running SFA.
Manage SFA web system.
Training Sales Admin of EDD using SFA web (Sales Order, Customer Data,...).
Fixing issues of SFA mobile application.
Support SAP ERP software.
Support EDD project:
Prepare quotations, contracts; follow process of installation or delivery until finish: Construction, CCTV, Internet & Telephone Service, Office Assets, Fingerprint Scanner, PC & Printer and other products which request from Board of Manager.

Graduation university
Experience in firewall system
At least 3 working years in IT & Networking
Proficient at Windows OS. and MS. Office.
Key skills: time management skill, problem solving skill, teamwork skill
MCSA/MCSE
Proficient at Distributor Management System.
Integrity and honesty, highly self-confidence is required.
Able to keep confidential company data is required
Service - spirit is required, responsibility, professional, hard working.
Positive thinking, attitude, Observant, analyze, organize and coordinate work efficiently.
Work independently and effectively toward.
