Key Responsibilities:
For cluster Vietnam and ThaiLand.
1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide first-line and on-site IT technical support to employees, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues, including computers, laptops, printers, monitors, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and IT devices.
• Support user account setup, access rights, and basic IT security requirements in accordance with company policies.
• Escalate complex technical issues to regional or global IT teams or external vendors when necessary.
• Provide clear guidance and technical assistance to users to ensure effective use of IT systems and equipment.
2. IT Infrastructure & System Maintenance:
• Support the maintenance and daily operation of local IT infrastructure and systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot local network connectivity, Wi-Fi, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and basic configuration of IT systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for hardware, software, network, and infrastructure-related services.
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, office moves, and new equipment installations as required.
• Ensure IT systems and infrastructure are maintained in line with company standards and security requirements.
3. IT Asset & Inventory Management
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory, including computers, laptops, monitors, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage the allocation, issuance, return, and replacement of IT assets for employees.
• Track IT assets throughout their lifecycle, from procurement and deployment to maintenance and disposal.
• Conduct periodic IT asset inventory checks and reconcile physical assets with inventory records.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for IT assets, including asset ownership, location, status, and warranty information.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and vendors regarding IT equipment procurement, repair, replacement, and disposal.
4. IT Service & Documentation
• Record, track, and follow up on
IT support requests and incidents to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, system configurations, and asset records.
• Identify recurring IT issues and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and user experience.
• Support compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and data protection requirements.
• Perform other IT-related tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the
IT Manager- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and IT peripherals.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues.
- Experience in IT infrastructure maintenance and IT asset management.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic network troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Good understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support users with different levels of technical knowledge.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple requests, and respond effectively to urgent IT issues.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies
- Coordinate with Corporate IT to fix issues related to Network, System or implement new Project.
- Manage
IT Helpdesk.
- Certificate (must have): CCNA, MCSA.
- Nice to have: MCSE, MS365, VMWare ESXi platform.
- English: intermediate, can work with Group IT (France).
