Provide day-to-day technical support for staff (hardware, software, access, system issues)
Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and office applications
Monitor and maintain networks, internet connectivity, printers, and shared systems
Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets
Maintain and update company WordPress websites (plugins, backups, uptime monitoring)
Troubleshoot website issues (hosting, SSL, downtime, caching, plugin conflicts)
Coordinate with hosting providers or
developers for advanced fixes
Support meeting rooms, filming setups, and event technology (screens, projectors, sound, connections, livestream basics)
Ensure technical readiness for internal meetings, client calls, productions, and onsite or hybrid events
Provide troubleshooting support during recordings, livestreams, or events when needed
Implement basic cybersecurity practices (updates, backups, antivirus monitoring)
Document IT procedures and maintain equipment inventory
Leverage AI productivity tools to improve troubleshooting, research, and workflow efficiency
