IT Support System Admin, Networking

• Responsible for the implementation of technical measures to meet the ISO/IEC 27001 standard on information security that the Company has achieved.
• Daily follow up IT Helpdesk operation and administering and maintaining the system, backup, servers, and PCs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and PCs related problems.
• IT user's support operation and other back-office applications
• Helping users install the necessary application for works.
• IT general administration, administer and enhance the network infrastructure and systems, whenever possible.
• Manage and monitor database backup/ recovery, capacity planning, and system performance.
• IT inventory administration: manage license, software, hardware, up-to-date inventory record for all IT equipment, etc...
• IT Procurement follows up to buy new IT devices by company process, get support from Vendor, ...
• Follow up and support End users base on IT Policy and ensure all users comply with IT and network security policies.
• IT Service management undertakes IT projects as assigned or approved by the company
• Carry out other IT-related jobs as and when required such as you evolve in the company, you will train other people on IT topics.
• Assist in other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Skill & Experience

• Have 2+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk role.
• Have experience in deploying Systems (VMware, AD, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, File Server, Mail system, Backup system, Camera, ....)
• Have experience in deploying and maintaining network devices (Fortinet-Fortigate 100F, Unifi-AP Pro)
• Responsible for day-to-day PC support, systems administration, and network maintenance.
• Assist in implementation, support, and user administration of the LSP systems and back-office applications.
• Enforce IT and network security policies.
• Well- experienced in Helpdesk support and IT operations.
• Work well under high pressure and deadline oriented.
• Have experience in information security measures in business operations.
• Have knowledge of ISO/IEC 270standards is a big plus.

Technical skill required

• Experience of system, network, VLAN, routers, switch, workstations.
• Microsoft MCSE, CCNA, VMware, Linux certification are preferred.
• Familiar with Windows PC and especially MacOS.
• College in Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent.
