Responsibilities
- Support the **operation and maintenance of existing company solutions
- Understand the **basic structure of solutions developed in Golang
- Focus on reading and understanding existing code
- Minor fixes or adjustments under guidance (not new feature development)
- Assist with integration between the company's solution and customer systems
- REST API integration
- Data format handling (JSON, CSV, etc.)
- Perform solution installation and initial setup based on customer environments
- Provide basic technical support to customers, on-site or remotely
- Check logs and configuration values
- Support issue analysis together with senior engineers
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Help maintain and update installation guides and technical documentation
- Collect and organize customer requests and communicate them to internal teams

Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Golang-based applications
- Ability to read and understand code is sufficient
- Basic knowledge of Linux server environments
- Experience or familiarity with application installation, configuration, and execution
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and HTTP communication
- Willingness to perform on-site installation and customer support tasks
- Strong willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with team members
- English required
Nice to Have
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent practical experience
- Experience supporting B2B solutions or internal systems
- Basic experience with log analysis or incident support
- Experience writing or maintaining technical or installation documentation
- IT-related academic background is a plus but not mandatory
