Mô tả công việc
Focus on specialty recruitment activities such as sourcing, attracting, and evaluating candidates in the information technology industry.
Coordinate with relevant parties to identify recruitment needs and develop suitable recruitment plans in the IT field.
Analyze the labor market and identify effective recruitment channels.
Develop strategies to attract and recruit potential candidates.
Analyze recruitment data and propose solutions to improve recruitment effectiveness.
Assign tasks and support the recruitment team.
Other duties as assigned by the Management Board.

Yêu cầu công việc
At least 3 years of recruitment experience in the IT field, especially in senior positions.
Experience in connecting and building relationships with potential IT candidates.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multi-task and work under deadline pressure.
Good interpersonal skills and high cooperative spirit.
Can read English documents. Listening and Speaking is a bonus.

Total Income = Net salary + Performance bonus (>14 months salary).
Review salary twice per year base on your performance and output.
