In this role, you will:
Incentive Management:
Support to develop, implement and execute effective Incentive.
Support to run sales performance, and propose / present quarterly and year-end incentive payment
Organize the Country Calibration Meeting, ensure an smooth and error-free process of Incentive accrual and payment, anticipate any obstacles or bottleneck during the payout season.
Manage and create an Incentive process automation system
Manage the FTE, PE, Productivity data all across the Distribution
Planning:
Setting up Performance Expectation for channels and individuals to deliver business objectives
Manage the FTE Plan for entire WPB to align with FRP and to achieve the business objective
Identify areas of improvement for sales performance vs cost efficiency
Support to design scorecard all roles in WPB by leveraging on Global Framework to drive the business objectives, get approval from local & group team and training to staff
Manage Sales Productivity and recommend appropriate actions to improve
Organize various governance meetings related to Sales Performance, scorecard, incentive and keep a good track of action log.
Manage external and internal stakeholders and streamline processes across front line and back-end operation teams
Framework, Recognition Plans, Leadership Training Events.
Work closely with HR, Finance, Regulatory Compliance, Risk to build up and implement the scorecard, performance framework and incentive calibration
Host recognition program including design, get approval, implement, run campaign result, and hold the event
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Experience
University (BA) or (BS) with 2 years experiences and above
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query) and SAS system
Strong Problem-solving skills.
Good networkers. We encourage you to collaborate with clients, senior management, peers and our other teams internationally.
Fast learners. You will work with new people on constantly evolving projects to help customers.
By quickly becoming an expert in your area and keeping on top of ever-changing markets, you will gain the credibility to succeed.
Knowledge of Retail business, products, sales process, incentive / recognition framework, Sales Quality Policies and prevailing Global Risk/Conduct Frameworks.
Proactive and strong interpersonal skills with highly developed capacity to influence Business stakeholders.
Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills are required.
Fluent English/Vietnamese speaking.
Keen attention to details and data accuracy.
Proven problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and innovative solutions.
