Mô tả công việc

Product Discovery & Strategy

Lead requirement discovery for medium to large feature scopes, from initial research through to delivery. You don't wait to be handed requirements; you shape them.
Research competitor platforms (Shopify, DSers, CJDropshipping, AutoDS) and market trends to identify product opportunities and inform roadmap decisions.
Define success metrics for features, set up tracking requirements, and use data to drive prioritization, not just review dashboards after launch.

Analysis & Documentation

Decompose complex feature sets into clear, deliverable user stories and specifications.
Produce BRDs, FRS, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. Keep documentation lean, accurate, and useful.
Own and maintain the product backlog; continuously groom, reprioritize, and communicate changes to stakeholders and the dev team.

Cross-functional Execution

Work directly with BOD and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, logistics) to align on requirements and trade-offs.
Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure dev output matches agreed requirements.
Support UAT, clarify edge cases during development, and coordinate issue resolution across teams.

Post-launch & Continuous Improvement

Monitor product performance post-deployment; collect and analyze usage data to propose iterations.
Mentor junior BAs, share frameworks and best practices, and help build the BA function as we scale.

Yêu cầu

Must-Have

3-5+ years as a Business Analyst in software/product development, with at least 1-2 years in e-commerce, marketplace, or SaaS platform products.
Proven experience owning large feature scopes end-to-end with strong autonomy.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, and how to work effectively within a cross-functional product team.
Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, business process modeling, and writing functional documentation (BRD, FRS, user stories).
Strong analytical and research skills, able to benchmark competitors, synthesize market data, and translate findings into product recommendations.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project/documentation tools.
Ability to read and write technical documentation in English.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with dropshipping or cross-border e-commerce workflows (supplier management, in fulfillment automation, customs/logistics).
Understanding of UI/UX principles, data analytics tools, and basic SQL.
Experience mentoring junior team members or building BA processes from scratch.

Monday to Friday.

Schedule: Morning: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM ; Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM
