仕事内容

• 日本のエンジニア・プロダクトマネージャと協力してソフトウェア要件を定義し、開発及び運用においてプロジェクトをリードしてもらいます。
• ベトナムのエンジニアに仕様を説明し、スケジュール管理・タスク管理をしながらプロジェクトを進めてもらいます。
• 高品質なソフトウェアを提供するために、設計・実装・テストの各フェーズにおいて適切な品質管理をおこなう必要があります。

Job Description

• Collaborate with Japanese engineers and product managers to establish software requirements and oversee project development and operation.
• Communicate specifications to Vietnamese engineers and manage project schedules and tasks.
• Ensure high-quality software by implementing quality control measures during design, implementation, and testing phases.

業務詳細

• 日本のエンジニア・プロダクトマネージャと協業して設計書を作成する。日本のエンジニア・プロダクトマネージャから要件や仕様を聞き、システムを設計する能力があれば尚可。
• エンジニアのスケジュール・タスク管理・課題管理等のマネージメント
• 高品質のソフトウェア設計、アーキテクチャ設計を行います。
• ソースコードをクリーンで効率的に保ち開発します。(コードレビューを行いソースコードの品質を一定以上保つことができる)
• 機能・非機能を含む総合的なテスト、品質管理を行います。(日本のエンジニアと協力して品質を高めるための取り組みが行える)
• 保守に必要なドキュメント作成・管理
• 運用状況のモニタリング・インシデント発生時の対応

Reponsibilities

• Collaborate with Japanese engineers and product managers to produce design documents, while exhibiting proficiency in interpreting their requirements and specifications for system design.
• Manage engineers' schedules, tasks, and issues, and prioritize high-quality software design and architecture.
• Maintain source code cleanliness and efficiency, conduct code reviews, and oversee testing and quality control for both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Partner with Japanese engineers to elevate software quality.
• Compose and maintain necessary documents for maintenance, and monitor operational status to respond promptly to incidents.

必須スキル・経験

• 簡単な日本語によるコミュニケーション(Speaking / Reading / Writing)が行える
• プロジェクト管理の豊富な経験がある

任意スキル(あれば尚可)

• N2レベル以上日本語能力(資格の有無は問いません)

Requirements :

• Proficient in basic Japanese communication including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Possess extensive project management experience.
