C2C Team Leader (Accounts Receivable)

Key responsibilities:

Supervises the work of team members ensuring the delivery of high quality service
Assigns the daily activities to the team members in order to meet the agreed targets and deadlines in terms of handling/escalating customer issues across processes, resolution account deduction, collecting payments and reviewing AR balances
Responsible for the update of the operational procedures
Assigns and periodically reviews the roles and responsibilities of team members
Supervision and monitoring of the deduction volume for analysts, being accountable for ensuring timely closing of deduction cases
Acts as a point of contact for clients within and outside the Shared Service Centre organization
Actively seeks opportunities for improvements in efficiency

Qualifications:

Financial/Accounting/Economic related university degree
Professional Experience in an Shared Service or in Finance Department characterized by complex operations 3+ years (experience in AR would be an asset)
Experience in people management 2+ years
Very good knowledge and understanding of AR processes
Knowledge of SAP FI module and connections with other modules
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong MS Office skills
Results oriented, able to set priorities,
Able to coach people, promote team-work, set the example and give and seek feedback,
Innovative and open minded,
Customer oriented with strong communication skills.
