The Divisional Category Network Operation Manager will lead new product development to support business growth, and develop regional sourcing strategies to improve margin and supply chain effectiveness. The position responsibilities will include volume and capacity management, product simplification, contingency planning, and oversight of the Funding the Growth program. The Divisional Category Network Operations Manager will also work closely with the business partners in the division and the subsidiaries to ensure implementation of commercial strategies. In addition, the Divisional Category Network Operations manager will collaborate with the Global Network Operations group to ensure alignment across the Global Supply Chain.

What you will do

Closely working with Business partners and End 2 End Supply Chain in the Division, External Manufacturers and Subsidiaries on New Initiatives and Implement of Commercial Strategies
Closely working with related Innovation centers (CIC) , Technology centers (GTC), GTD, Design & Packaging teams and Manufacturing Plants and External Manufacturers in New Product developments and to ensure Optimization of Supply Chain end to end process
Coordinate and oversee Project Management process for New product at each Plant
Coordinate and manage New SKUs , Bundles , Packaging , Customer, Shipment Destination into the plant
Lead simplification effort focusing on reducing complexity for production plant
Develop a Master Sourcing strategy for the region.
Determine sourcing plant /plants for New Products , New Volume , New customers that align with Sourcing Strategy
Working closely with Manufacturing plants in developing medium and long term capacity Strategy and Plan
Oversight and Coordinate Category FTG Program
Develop and implement Category Contingency Strategy and plan for the Manufacturing sites in the region
Conduct and making a recommendation on Sourcing Changes
Manage and coordinate sourcing change projects
Coordinate with other Divisions for Product Supply between the Divisions
Collaboration with the Global Network Operations group to ensure alignment across Global Supply Chain
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years Background in Plant Operations, production planning, Industrial Engineering, Supply Network Planning or Demand Planning
Project management
Analytical skills - at intermediate level ideally
Effective Communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing change
Written and Verbal English language proficiency
Creative, Innovative and looks for ways to improve our way of working

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Logistics or related Science
At least 2 years Working with Packaging, Technical, Procurement or Supply Chain team members
