The Plant Strategy and FP&R Manager is responsible for managing and driving the five year strategic and productivity plans for the site. They will use analytic data, gap analysis, external benchmarking and technical information to provide reliable tools and processes for decision making, strategic design and capabilities and continuous improvement. They will also act as the resource for Factory Performance and Reliability standards. This includes ensuring data accuracy, self-assessments, supporting the Operational Excellence (OE) audit program, and management of SDM RCA process, among other tasks.
